LTC MEMORANDUM Date: January 6, 1999 From: Dan Richter, LTC Chair To: LTC Technical Chairs, LTC Examiners and Angeles Chapter Leader Candidates Re: Required wait of one year following a second failure of a technical checkoff Effective immediately it is LTC policy that a Leader Candidate who fails the same technical checkoff two times must wait a full year before taking that checkoff again.
