Welcome 20’s & 30’s!
You can participate in many different activities with the Orange County Sierra Singles (OCSS) 20’s & 30’s group. We have easy hikes, all day hikes and conditioning hikes. If you prefer social events we host concerts, movie nights, dances and other social functions that allow you get to know our members in a relaxed atmosphere. While we encourage membership you don’t have to be a member to participate in our events. JAN 7 WED 6:30 PM 20S&30S ALISO CREEK TRAIL FROM EL TORO PARK
O: Easy-moderately paced, 5-7 mile r/t evening walk starting and ending at El Toro Park. No tigers please. We walk the fully paved Aliso Creek Trail and will turn around after an hour for an 8:30pm return. Meet at El Toro Park in front of the restrooms at Larkwood Lane & Arrowwood Street in Lake Forest. JAN 10 SAT 9:00 AM 20S/30S SANTIAGO OAKS REGIONAL PARK
O: Steep 4mi r/t, 800' gain. Hike from Santigo Creek bed to Anaheim Hills Trail. Bring lugsoles, 2 quarts H2O, $ for lunch, & 10 essentials. From 55 Fwy, exit Katella, 2mi east, left on Cannon, right on Serrano, Right on Yellowstone, Left on Mabury (free parking). Rain cancels. Meet new friends and celebrate happy hour at The Goat Hill. The Goat Hill has over 100 beers on tap, pool tables, and you can throw your peanut shells on the floor! Located at 1830 Newport Blvd. Costa Mesa 92627. Parking lot in back. Bring $$$. Host: Jenny Schnell, email jennyschnell80@hotmail.com

FEB 22 SUM 4:00 PM 20S&30S SEAVIEW PARK TO PACIFIC SUNSET HIKE
O: Easy pace, 3-4 mile r/t evening hike starting and ending at Seaview park in Laguna Niguel. Elevation change is roughly 900 ft. Enjoy sunset views of Catalina and the Pacific coast as we descend the Toovet trail to the Pacific Ocean and return via West St. and the Valido Trail. Meet 4:00 pm at entrance to Seaview park. Directions from I-5 & Alicia Pkwy: Alicia Pkwy south towards the ocean for 6.2 miles, R on Pacific Island Drive go 1.2 miles, R at Talavera Drive (top of hill) go 0.3 miles to park at end of road near entrance to Seaview Park. DO NOT enter the gated community Laguna Sur. No restrooms on this hike. Bring snacks, sturdy shoes, 2 quarts water, & $ for optional dinner at TBD eatery after hike. Rain cancels.
