You can participate in many different activities with the Orange County Sierra Singles (OCSS)
20s and 30s group. We have easy hikes, all day hikes and conditioning hikes. If you prefer social
events we host concerts, movie nights, dances and other social functions that allow you get to know
our members in a relaxed atmosphere. While we encourage membership you don't have to be a member to

| 20S/30S/40S MOUNT BLISS | | Enjoy some of the best closeup views of the southland on this moderate but a bit steep 8.4 mi R/T, 2,880' gain hike to Mount Bliss (3, 720') in the lower San Gabriel Mountains above Duarte. On a clear day you can see to Santa Monica and LAX, Saddleback and the beaches of OC, and Mount San Jacinto in the east. Bring hat, sunscreen, 3qts water, lunch, boots, ten essentials. Bring boots, headlamp (required), 2 qts water, snacks, and warm clothing.Return to parking area by 10:00pm. | 20S/30S/40S DEEP CREEK HOT SPRINGS | | Spend the afternoon at this oasis of natural hot springs pools with an easy paced 6 mile R/T, 1400 ft elevation change hike. Bring 3 qts water, hiking boots, swim gear, 10 essentials, headlamp, and potluck dish for dinner before return hike. Hot springs area is Clothing Optional. Expect warm temperatures. Meet at NOC Rideshare at 9:30am (Park-N-Ride lot East side of Tustin Ave. just South of Lincoln Ave. in Orange). Return to NOC Rideshare around 11pm. | 20S/30S/40S SUMMER SOLSTACE WILDERNESS BACKPACK AND DAY HIKES | | Enjoy some of the longest days of the year on this moderate, mid-elevation backpack and day hike trip with a total of 18.4 mi and 2,800ft of gain over 3 days in the Sespe Wilderness Area north of Ventura. 4.6 total miles of easy backpacking, the rest moderate day hikes.
