You've been there for meetings and hikes, now here's a chance to give back to the Center with a morning of trail or garden maintenance. Drinks provided. Meet with other like-minded club members 9 am at the flagpole in front of the Eaton Cyn Nature Ctr, 1750 N Altadena Dr (from the 210 E, take the Altadena Dr exit N 1½ mi towards the mountains, turn R 500' N of New York Dr at Eaton Cyn Park sign; from the 210 W, exit at San Gabriel Blvd/San Marino, R at Altadena Dr, N 1 ½ mi towards the mountains, turn R 500' N of New York Dr at Eaton Cyn Park sign). Bring hat, water, lunch, work gloves and tools provided or bring your own. Rain/fire cancels.

Strenuous hike to fabled Mt Wilson on one of the most famous and beautiful trails in the San Gabriel Mtns involves 15 mi rt and 4800' gain. Meet 8 am at the start of the Mt Wilson trail on Mira Monte Ave 2 blocks E of Baldwin Ave in Sierra Madre. Bring water, lunch, lugsoles. Rain cancels.
