"Diet, Health and the Environment" with Zhaoping Li, Professor of Medicine at UCLA, who is an expert on diet, health and aging. Dr. Li will update us on what science is teaching about the many benefits of a plant-based diet. She will also discuss how the industrialization of our food supply is not only bad for human health but also for the health of the planet. Refreshments served. 7 pm Veterans Memorial Auditorium in the Uruapan Room (4117 Overland Ave, Culver City).
